SmartTender Analytics (Prozorro API + Telegram Bot)

SmartTender Analytics is a tender monitoring and analytics platform built for public procurement data from Prozorro.

MVP features:

• Prozorro API integration;

• Filtering by keywords, CPV codes and regions;
• Analytics by tenders, CPV categories and buyers;
