AI SMM Bot for EduSystem: Automating Telegram Content with Make.
Client: EduSystem — a service that builds branded online schools end-to-end: handling setup, design, and ongoing support so experts can focus on their content, not the technical side.
The Challenge
The EduSystem team is growing fast but has no dedicated SMM specialist yet. The Telegram channel is a key communication touchpoint — without regular posts, it goes quiet and potential customers see no signs of activity. The team writes blog articles themselves (real people, not AI), but turning each article into a series of Telegram posts manually takes time no one has.
The Solution
I built an AI SMM system on Make.com — three interconnected scenarios covering the full cycle from idea to publication:
- Content Intake — scans the blog RSS on schedule, Claude Haiku splits articles into post topics and builds a content plan in Google Sheets weeks ahead
- Generate — Claude Sonnet writes the post using a connected product knowledge base (PDF, FAQ, TXT), DALL-E 3 (via OpenAI API) generates the image, the draft is sent to a private team Telegram thread for review
- Approve & Publish — the team approves or leaves comments, Claude rewrites, DALL-E 3 regenerates the image if needed — the loop runs until final approval. One click publishes to the channel
Result: 15+ posts published, content plan running weeks ahead, team spends minutes not hours — AI never publishes without human approval.
Stack: Make.com · Claude Haiku · Claude Sonnet · DALL-E 3 (via OpenAI API) · Google Sheets · Make Data Store · Telegram Bot API
