Automated student registration for 200+ learners — from 3 hours

Kashuba Online, a German language school, was growing fast — but the admin was spending 1 to 3 hours registering each new student manually. No CRM. No automation. With 200+ students, that's dozens of hours of routine work every week.

What I did: built a fully automated registration system from scratch.

How it works now: a student fills out one form on the website → the system automatically creates a client in CRM, assigns a membership with group restrictions, generates a unique access code, and sends an email with the code, a Google Meet link, and an "Add to Google Calendar" button. The student then books classes independently. Reminders are sent automatically. The admin is not involved in the process at all.

New group? One row in a table — the system is ready. No changes to the automation needed.
Result: 200+ students, zero manual work, zero group booking errors.
