Spotify Duplicate Checker Bot

Description:
This is a Telegram bot that allows users to check their Spotify playlists for duplicate tracks. The bot processes playlist links, analyzes their contents, and informs the user which tracks are duplicates and which are unique.

Key Features:

Multiple language support: English and Russian, with the ability to select a language via built-in buttons.
Asynchronous request processing using asyncio and httpx.
Real-time interface translation using deep-translator.
Removal of intermediate messages after processing for a clean interface.
Interactive user interaction via inline buttons.
Integration with FastAPI for server-side playlist data processing.
