Stadium for 500 spectators in Mariupol

It is the student architectural competition of Steel Freedom 2020.The project is TOP-10.Autumn of 2020.The project was created by a team of 4 students under the leadership of the designer.My part of work was planning, general plan and functional scheme.The main visual concept is the sea waves, as they are one of the main associations of the city.The building has two types of structural systems: wooden columns and irregular structural glass.On the project area is a slope of 8 meters, so we used the stylobate structure.Under the stylobate is provided a double-level parking, and above - a walk area without cars.In addition, the structural openings pass the sunlight to the parking lot and give room for the trees that were on the site.We analyzed people’s media requests and predicted active and passive places for the rest.In addition, we have developed a skateboard that meets the wishes of the citizens.Near the park area we predicted commercial places.
