      Cycling is about dynamics, so the complex reflects this philosophy in its silhouette, which harmonizes with the surrounding hills.

      The project uses two modules for the facade (2,8 m to 7,1 m) and two modules for the roof. The corner of the cover allows the solar panels to be placed on it and provides water collection that will be used for technical water supply.

      … Materials for molding are cheap, but efficient - clay and polycarbonate panels.

      In the complex is placed:
      Coffee with its own kitchen.
      Hostel for 12 places.
      - 6 seats, with additional facilities +3 seats
      Sauna with swimming pool

      … The main concept of the project is the peak as a center of life and a link to traditions.Traditionally, the center of life in the Ukrainian house was the peak.The peak is multifunctional - for cooking food, heating the building, the bed on it, the peak was also the place of family gathering.Ancient Ukrainian houses have a characteristic silhouette, which is used in a more modern form, with the help of which the output of communications and the water separation point are hidden.Vatra Home also has an additional security system.The construction of the house is strengthened by the thickness of the portable walls and armored gloves.The lights can automatically close the windows in the event of air anxiety.System management is carried out on a remote basis through the pult of control.There is also the possibility to release them on their own.The plan has a rotating area of 25 m2.The building is burned with the help of the oven.A roof with solar panels.The water supply system is provided with the help of the roof receivers that send water to the cleaning system and to the internal drinking water tanks.

      It is the student architectural competition of Steel Freedom 2020.The project is TOP-10.Autumn of 2020.The project was created by a team of 4 students under the leadership of the designer.My part of work was planning, general plan and functional scheme.The main visual concept is the sea waves, as they are one of the main associations of the city.The building has two types of structural systems: wooden columns and irregular structural glass.On the project area is a slope of 8 meters, so we used the stylobate structure.Under the stylobate is provided a double-level parking, and above - a walk area without cars.In addition, the structural openings pass the sunlight to the parking lot and give room for the trees that were on the site.We analyzed people’s media requests and predicted active and passive places for the rest.In addition, we have developed a skateboard that meets the wishes of the citizens.Near the park area we predicted commercial places.
