Drawing the General Plan

Good Morning, IrinaIt is ready to design a clean variant of the general plan.I will promote the roads in relation to your drawing and put on them the corresponding texts, depending on the destination, - for a better understanding.The green and the lake will be ordered in relation to your skyscraper.The houses will be distributed in general forms according to your plan.I have a few questions:
1 .Do you need a 2D plan?The 2ndI work in Archicade and Revit.In which program is it easier for you to get a ready file?About the arrangement.I will make a tablet with wines, as in your example.And the general plan itself suggests to form a little bit in a different style.Here are a few examples
