Startup based on API VK

Startup from zero to key. Task: make a service to track comments in VK groups. For example, leave a comment in discussions - an admin's notification comes immediately to the VK and/or Telegram. The site works on the basis of the API VK. Design (including the logo), layer, front and background + design of BD architecture, development of tariffs, payment through Yandex.
The date of the year 2016 took about 3-4 months.
