Story 8: How door manufacturing turned into a quest

Olexiy is the owner of a company that manufactures doors. The business was growing and the orders were increasing, but along with them came chaos.
Who ordered?
Which doors?
Where are they now - in the warehouse, being painted, or still in the manager's imagination?

And most importantly - does this order even exist?
Production turned into a quest with riddles, but without a map.
And every day is like a level in a game, where the boss is the "lost client."

I proposed a solution to Olexiy and made adjustments to fit his real processes.
Now each stage - from "Order" to "Installation" - is like a level in a game with clear rules, timers, and bonuses.
Everything became transparent:
- The client sees the status of the order
- Managers know what to do next
- Olexiy is not "putting out fires," but building a business.
