- Digitization of customer interactions (scripts, CRM system setup, etc.)
- Launching targeted advertising

- Selected and configured a CRM system
- Developed funnels for each area of the kindergarten
- Completed preparatory work for launching advertising
- Management and scaling of successful advertising campaigns
