The client owned an auto repair shop in Miami, focused on migrants from the CIS who needed car repairs after accidents or other issues. The main request was as follows: Although there was enough organic traffic, paid traffic was not working effectively. Due to high competition among auto repair shops in the city, inquiries were not converting into customers. It was necessary to find an effective method of attracting new customers through targeted advertising that would consistently bring clients to the auto repair shop. What was done at the start: An advertising plan was developed for targeted advertising and audience warming. A competitor analysis was conducted in Miami. Competitors' creatives and messages were analyzed to adapt effective approaches. A unique selling proposition (USP) for accident services and Turohost was developed. An advertising budget for targeted advertising was calculated. Technical specifications for creatives were prepared together with a designer. Solutions and approach: Advertising creatives were created with an emphasis on customer convenience: free towing, resolving insurance issues, providing a replacement car. Targeted advertising was launched for different audience segments, and content warming began gradually. Advertising was gradually scaled to increase reach and the number of subscribers. A small budget was allocated for testing new audiences.
