Tasker — CRM and planner for service business

CRM system for a home appliance repair company. Developed from scratch for the internal processes of a team of 10 people.

What has been implemented:
— Kanban board with tasks, filters by employees, urgency, source
— Role and access rights system (5 levels: from operator to director)
— SLA control with escalation and notifications in Telegram
— Telegram bot for task management without logging into the CRM
— Shift schedule with support for double shifts
— Duty assignments: auto-assignment of tasks according to schedule, auto-closure
— Smart reminders with intervals based on priority
— Recurring tasks (daily / weekly / monthly)
— Integration with Google Sheets
— Real-time updates via SSE
