TEAK Boutique — a manufacturer of modern outdoor furniture with custom design in Bali (Indonesia).

Task:
Conduct market research for a new product. It was important for the client to test the demand for the first prototypes of furniture, determine the cost of acquiring potential buyers, and understand the viability of the business model in the local market.

Challenge:
The Bali market has its specifics: a high concentration of expats, villas, and designer hotels. It was necessary to identify a solvent audience willing to invest in custom design and obtain from them not just "likes," but specific parameters of demand.

Solution:
1. Implementation of quiz marketing: Instead of a complicated website, an interactive quiz was used. This allowed users to "assemble" their ideal furniture set, while the business received qualified data about customer needs.
2. Segmentation of the premium audience: Targeting was set up for villa owners, architects, and interior designers living or doing business in Bali.
3. Visual strategy: Creatives were prepared that emphasized the authenticity of materials (teak) and the modern minimalism of the design, which perfectly fits into the island's landscapes.
4. Technical analytics: Meta Pixel was set up to track every stage of the quiz completion. This allowed for optimizing advertising for those who complete the survey, rather than just clicking the link.
5. Lead quality assessment: A filtering system for applications was implemented, helping the client focus only on those customers who are ready to collaborate on custom projects.

Results after 1 month:
- 80 qualified applications: A stream of potential customers was attracted at the product prototyping stage.
- Cost per lead $11.8: An acceptable application cost was obtained for the designer furniture niche with a high average check.
- 37% quality leads: More than a third of all received applications moved into the active work and project calculation stage, confirming the high relevance of the traffic.
- Validation of the business idea: With a budget of $947, the client received clear confirmation of demand and a ready customer base for launching serial production.
