The "Koptilov" website is an online store specializing in the sale of smoked products. The main task of the client was a deep usability audit of the website aimed at improving user experience (UX) and interface (UI), which included analyzing over 200 aspects of user interaction with the site.
What was done:

• Recommendations were prepared:

• • Optimize product card design by adding key information and enhancing the design.
• • Simplify the checkout process by minimizing the number of steps.
• • Adapt the site for mobile devices in accordance with Google Mobile-Friendly recommendations.
• • Improve visualization and textual description of content on pages.
• • Add functionality to enhance interaction, such as search, filters, and product comparison.
• A competitor analysis was conducted to implement best UX/UI practices in the project.
Results:
The client received a detailed report in the form of a presentation consisting of 200 slides with detailed recommendations for improving the interface and user experience. This allowed for the optimization of key aspects of the site, increased user satisfaction, and prepared the platform for further growth.
