[Telegram Bot] Chat Subscriber

Telegram-bot is written in Kotlin programming language using Spring and TelegramBots to manage Telegram API. The bot’s general task is to give access to a channel or group only if the user has purchased a subscription. The bot has flexible configuration files: a file in the JSON format to set the subscriptions, set the bot itself and the file(s) location.
