Goal: reduce order processing time and workload on sales managers through maximum automation of information gathering, order cost calculation, and generation of a file with a commercial proposal.

Implementation: Telegram, SendPulse, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Apps Script

The link to the bot is placed on the manufacturer's website and in the corporate Telegram channel.

Bot operation logic:

1. The user activates the bot and sequentially selects:
- a category from three categories, product, model. During the selection process, the user is provided with a description, specifications, and photos of each model;
- fabric color for textile products and leather color for leather products;
- quantity;
- type of customization with a logo.
2. After entering the data, the user is offered to add other products to the calculation; if agreed, the bot sequentially queries the user according to the same algorithm, if declined — it moves to the next step.
3. The bot sends the collected data to the user for verification - if changes are needed, there is an option to either change the information of individual logical blocks or to go through the bot again from the very beginning. The bot also offers the user to provide information about the person (legal or physical) to whom the commercial proposal should be addressed.
4. Verified and agreed data is transferred by the bot to a Google Sheet on a separate tab.
5. The order cost calculation takes place on the corresponding tab. For this, the data transferred by the bot is compared with the input data located on separate tabs — prices for each product model and each type of customization depending on the quantity of a specific product in the order. Using formulas, the current price for this quantity of the product and the cost of customization are determined, the cost for each product is calculated, the unit price considering customization, and the total order cost.
6. When changes are made to the table, a script is activated that generates and sends the user a message with information on each ordered product (product, model, type of customization, unit price considering customization, cost for this product position, total product cost) and a note that detailed calculations are provided in the commercial proposal.
7. For the convenience of analyzing the requested calculations, information about the order date, counterparty, and amount is displayed on a separate tab.
8. A commercial proposal file in PDF format is generated on the official letterhead of the manufacturing company and sent to the user, along with a link to the created Google document.
9. The user is offered to make a new calculation.

Input data for order cost calculation:
- 13 products, each with up to 3 models;
- For each product, a different list of 10-12 colors is available;
- There are 8 customization options for textile products (different for various positions) and 3 options for leather products. The cost of customization for different options is calculated in various ways: unit price; fixed amount regardless of quantity; unit price + fixed amount.
- For each product, there are 3-4 quantity intervals, depending on which the unit price of the product changes.

Result:
1. Significant acceleration of order processing and saving of employees' working time:
- due to information gathering by the bot, automatic data transfer, and order cost calculation. An employee connects only when the user has chosen their color to check the possibility of purchasing materials of a specific color, as well as to discuss specific deadlines for order fulfillment.

2. Reduction of waiting time for customer responses and improvement of service quality - the customer does not need to wait for a manager to become available; they can go through the bot at their convenience, not just during the manager's working hours, and request as many calculation options as needed.
3. Elimination of errors by the executor in calculations through the use of formulas.
