Telegram Bot for Lead and Inquiry Management

Built a Telegram bot for small businesses to manage leads and incoming inquiries in one place. The bot supports manual lead creation and API-based intake, manager assignment, status updates, notes, overdue SLA tracking, and lead statistics.
