Telegram Bot for Orders and Notifications
Development of a Telegram bot for order handling, notifications, reporting, and basic support coordination in a single communication interface.
The project focused on a business-oriented bot flow for common operational scenarios: checking order status, receiving notifications, viewing daily summaries, and handling support-related interactions. Special attention was given to clear commands, clean response formatting, and practical day-to-day usability.
