Telegram bot for mailing

The bot has an admin panel, through which you can manage the rules that will send messages between the chats.

The rule indicates key phrases, chat source and chat, where appropriate messages are sent. There is support for photos, videos, files.
If a message from the source has been modified, the sent message will be automatically modified.
