Telegram Bot Parser

A Telegram bot was developed that parsed participants from Telegram groups. And sent them messages. For convenience, an admin panel was created where in the "Groups" tab you could specify a group for parsing (its name), in "Users" there was a list of collected users, in "Bots" you could add bots for parsing and sending messages. And the sending itself with delivery statuses, there were 2 groups of bots divided into 3 streams so that the sending went in parallel, you could specify a limit of messages per day per bot and the delay with which the bots send SMS.
