Telegram Bot (Telegram interface for your 1C)

A subsystem that allows you to configure almost any interaction with 1C for your needs. For installation, your configuration must support the mode of operation with managed forms. In fact, you can implement an interface for 1C in Telegram, and most tasks can be performed using only the chat with the bot, at least for individual users, such as sales agents, production shop managers, warehouse workers, and other users who do not require intensive work in 1C but need to perform specific repetitive tasks.

Main capabilities and functions:

- the ability to customize the menu in Telegram, even down to a separate menu for each user (different sets of commands for different users);
- different options for user authorization (for example, by phone number or using a unique code);
- the ability to obtain any 1C report in the form of a file or in a text message according to a specified template (with specified filtering directly in the chat with the bot or using predefined settings);
- the ability to obtain any data from 1C according to a specific algorithm in the form of a message generated based on a specified template or in the form of a table;
- setting up a scenario for filling in data (document, directory, information register), with the ability to create a new document or edit an existing one. Different options are also implemented for selecting the filling element;
- attaching files sent to the bot to specified objects in 1C;
- launching an algorithm using a command from the Telegram bot;
- conducting surveys and questionnaires;
- and much more...
