CHIKORY – online clothing store on Telegram

Platform: TG Mall (Telegram + built-in CRM)

Task:
Create a convenient Telegram store for selling premium clothing with the ability to manage orders and customer database through CRM.

What I did:

Set up a product catalog (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.)

Uploaded descriptions, photos, and prices for each item

Connected the built-in CRM for processing orders and communicating with customers

Implemented a messaging system for buyers and the owner

Configured promotions and discounts

Developed a minimalist design that highlights the project's details

Result:
A ready Telegram store through which customers can easily order clothing, and the owner receives a convenient tool for managing sales and customers.
