TelegramBot for lead generation with a strict queue algorithm

Implemented solution: A hybrid architecture has been developed based on SendPulse (bot interface) and Make / Integromat (server logic and database).

How it works (in points):
Fair queue (1→2→3→4): The bot remembers who it sent the previous client to. If the first went to manager A, the next one will definitely go to manager B. No one will be left without work, and no one will be overloaded. The load is perfectly divided equally — 25% each.

Smart messages: The bot does not just provide a link to the client, it tracks them. If the client follows the link from manager Ivan, the notification about the new request will go directly to Ivan in his personal Telegram channel. Managers do not see each other's requests and do not get confused.

Full control in Google Sheets: The business owner sees the entire picture in real time. The bot automatically records each step in a familiar Google Sheet:
- Full name of the client;
- Exact date and time of the request;
- Which specific manager the client went to (which link the bot provided);
- Status (whether the link was successfully sent).

Result: A fully automated application intake system. No chaos, no "lost" clients. The business owner simply opens the sheet and sees order, while managers receive their requests directly on their phones.
