The customer launched Shopify Dropshipping.It was his first store and the aim was to make advertising from the zero.Geography: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.The advertising budget for the first month was $3,000 for the second month we scaled to $8,000.The client’s KPI was ROAS 1.7.I the client to set up Facebook pixel to his Shopify store, verified the domain and connected aggregated events to the Events Manager on Facebook.Helped the customer to understand his KPI, identified Break Even Point goods and the return of advertising investments.The customer did not know the portrait of his target audience, so at the beginning of work I launched a lot of test companies, within the framework of the communication strategy I created.Over the course of two months, more than 50 hypotheses have been tested.I prefer to initiate retargeting first, especially on such expensive geographies, but since the customer did not have data, then initially the work was done only on the Acquisition campaigns (cold audience), and then, when enough data was collected, a retargeting strategy was launched.Manual retargeting companies and companies with sales by catalog were created.The customer didn’t have designers and I offered additional services to create creatives.Creatives for the cold audience were video, for retargeting - photos and ring galleries.During the work time more than 40 creatives were created.The results are visible on the scan of the advertising office.In two months of work it managed to ROAS 2.31 and get $27,000 income.The customer was pleased with our cooperation.
