A film about the illegal construction at the capital of Ukraine, about the struggle of local activists against the unknown armed people who protect the place of the illegal construction, about the inaction of the sales militia, which “crisis” the illegal construction throughout Kiev, about the local officials who do nothing. Everything goes according to the plan, and if not, then it is ignored whether it is breathed by the power of the government and the great money.
