AI Automation Call Transcription & Follow-Up Drafting with Airta

I built an AI-powered system to transcribe audio calls, extract key points from conversations, and generate follow-up email drafts. The entire workflow was automated: transcripts and drafts were sent to a CRM built in Airtable, where they could be reviewed and approved.

Users could confirm or edit the draft via Slack or Airtable, and once approved, the final email was sent directly from the CRM.
