Employment in the USA

The goal was to attract drivers (truck drivers) to work in the USA.

We could not attract men from Ukraine due to their inability to leave the country, so we built a strategy to attract Ukrainians who are in Europe (Poland, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia) to work as drivers in the USA.

Our main triggers are the opportunity to earn more compared to the labor market in Europe.

As a result, we achieved an interview price of ≈10$.
