This project involved the redesign of the website for the Ukrainian eyewear brand Ochis, known for creating the world's first coffee-based glasses. The goal was to eliminate a significant drop in the purchase funnel, where the conversion rate for adding products to the cart was 10 times higher than actual purchases.
The process included analyzing the existing website, identifying key obstacles, and proposing two design solutions with an implementation cost estimate, ensuring that the design would be effective and feasible for implementation.
