Problem The company "Ulyanov Auto" operated without a modern digital presence. Key tools for attracting customers in the car import niche were missing: a visual presentation of services, interactive calculators for cost estimation, and a centralized system for collecting hot leads for specific vehicles. Interaction with customers was fragmented (calls, messengers), complicating the control of the sales funnel.
Solution A website was developed and launched from scratch on WordPress as a multifunctional marketing and service hub with elements of FinTech and eCommerce. A unique design (UI/UX) approved by the client was implemented, supporting dark/light themes and a full range of features:
- Simulation of an online store: with a "Hot Offers" catalog (custom fields: price in the USA/Russia, year of manufacture, gallery). The "Order this car" application system with notifications to the admin panel replaced unstructured communication methods, centralizing the lead funnel.
- Complex "Customs Clearance Calculator": with multifactor logic (age, engine type, volume, cost) — allowed clients to independently estimate their budget, lowering the entry threshold and improving the quality of applications.
- "Find a Car" tool: (filter by make/model), informational blocks ("Buying Steps", FAQ), a blog for SEO traffic, and an interactive map.
Each feature addressed a specific business task: from lead generation to assisting in decision-making.
Technologies WordPress, custom theme development using Tailwind CSS and JS, advanced custom fields, implementation of complex client logic for the calculator, hosting and domain setup.
