Unigo - employment agency
Unigo – a recruitment agency – is a comprehensive branding project for a Polish temporary employment agency. The client's goal was to create a modern, youthful, yet professional visual identity that stands out among competitors and instills trust in both employees and employers.
The work included developing a logo, selecting typography, a color palette, and creating layouts for print and digital use. The main idea was to combine two parts of the brand name: "Uni" (green, symbolizing unity and reliability) and "Go" (red, symbolizing energy and forward movement). A modern font with soft lines was chosen to make the brand appear friendly and accessible.
In addition to the logo, I developed a brand book outlining style principles, rules for typography usage, colors, and logo placement. I also created samples of business cards, posters, and brochures for internal and external communication.
During the work, we encountered some limitations from the printing house, which required adapting the layouts to available formats. However, all issues were quickly resolved, and the client was completely satisfied with the final result.
This project is an example of effective integration of design, functionality, and clear communication.
