Email newsletter setup and integrations for an online store.
Task: The client requested to set up automatic email list sending from the online store (Hорошоп platform) via SendPulse, integrating them with a unique design in the site's style. It was necessary to implement 7 types of notifications: registration, password recovery, checkout, order confirmation and dispatch, order cancellation, and a request for feedback.
Solution: The project involved comprehensive integration and optimization of notification systems, focusing on the interaction between Хорошоп and SendPulse platforms. The following work was carried out:
Design template development: Unique and agreed-upon email design templates were created in SendPulse, fully reflecting the visual style of Kabrita.in.ua. Proper display of branding, logos, fonts, and color schemes was ensured in all templates for an attractive and recognizable appearance.
Integration with Хорошоп and SendPulse: SMTP email sending via SendPulse was configured. Integration was implemented for automatic notifications about new user registration and order placement, utilizing the capabilities of the Хорошоп platform. For other types of emails (status changes, feedback requests), integration was set up through SendPulse features.
Functionality optimization: Considering the specifics of the Хорошоп platform, a solution was developed to display key information:
Welcome emails: Standard Хорошоп notification supplemented with a visually appealing welcome email from SendPulse.
Order emails: Order information is displayed in a SendPulse design template with a link to view order details on the site.
Order status emails: Automated notifications about order status changes are configured to be sent to the customer.
Feedback request: Automated sending of a designed email requesting feedback via SendPulse.
Result: The project was successfully completed. A functional and visually attractive email newsletter system was implemented, significantly improving communication with online store customers. The client was satisfied with the result.
