Visual identity project for the real estate office "Be House"
The project was created for the real estate office Be House, whose main goal is to sell and rent apartments and houses for young couples and families buying their first home.
The inspiration for the graphic form was a snail – a symbol of home, safety, and peace.
A key element of the logo is the arrangement of circles representing the idea of family community and harmony. The largest circle represents the parent, while the smaller ones symbolize the children – together they create a stable, balanced whole.
The color scheme of the project (light blue, navy, white) refers to trust, purity, air, and space, which reinforces the message of safety and professionalism.
The identification system includes the logo, advertising materials, business cards, corporate stationery, outdoor projects (billboard, advertising board), as well as promotional items – mugs, caps, and bottles with the logo.
The project combines a minimalist form with an emotional message, building a modern and friendly image of a brand aimed at young clients.
