Visual system for the educational platform StreamUP

In 5 days, a complete visual communication system was created for the educational project, which covered all key content formats.

Within the project, 30+ content units and 8+ formats were implemented: carousels, stories, highlights, covers, feed design. Everything followed a unified logic and style.

Thanks to working in Canva and a well-thought-out template structure, the team gained the ability to independently scale content without involving a designer after the system was handed over.

REQUEST
The initial request was quite specific: to redesign the highlights in a new design and create covers for posts and reels. There was no clear technical specification, so I proposed a comprehensive approach — to assemble a complete visual system that would meet all the platform's needs. The key constraint was to work in Canva so that the client could independently edit materials without involving a designer.

MY SOLUTION
I assembled a scalable visual system for the educational product that works not only today but also for future growth.
1. I designed the logic of content presentation specifically for the educational format, so that materials are easily readable and do not overwhelm the student.
2. I created templates that can be easily adapted to new topics, lessons, and formats without involving a designer.
3. I developed the feed design from scratch to ensure the page looks cohesive and professional.
4. I assembled 2 universal carousel templates that can be quickly scaled for new content.
5. I designed 7 covers for reels, 8 highlights, and 10 story templates in a unified style.
6. I built a visual system and rules for working with it, rather than just a set of separate layouts.
7. I recorded video instructions so that the team could independently work with the templates in Canva.

Implementation period: 5 days — from chaos to a ready system.
