This project involved the implementation of a chatbot with the following functionality:
- Booking classes
- Calling a manager
- Comprehensive consultation on all studio issues (schedule, subscriptions, prices)
During the project, the CRM system was automated and the time spent on routine manager operations was reduced.

A similar project can be developed on Voiceflow, n8n, Manychat, and the functionality also depends on your preferences.
