• the atmosphere and positioning of the establishment;
• presentation materials for investors and landlords;
• concepts for cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, dessert shops, fast food, and other commercial formats.

The main task of my work is to showcase the future project before the renovation begins, reduce risks during the launch, and help form a clear concept for the further development of the business.
