Winter Specialty: "Winter Tastes From Ukraine" (Fresh Black)
Challenge: create a seasonal product.
We decided to connect an emotional marketing with traditional Ukrainian cuisine under extreme time pressure (2 weeks for full execution.
The Strategy: conceptualized a collection of 12 drip coffees where each flavor reflects a traditional dish (Kutya, Varenyky, etc.).
I led the project as PM, managing the design, copywriting, and SMM teams, while handling production, logistics, and a 360° marketing campaign.
Results:
- sales success: 50% of the entire stock was sold within the first 2 months
- sensory marketing: successfully transformed a physical product into a cultural storytelling tool
- agile delivery: realized the project from concept to shelf in just 14 days during the peak New Year season
