Workforce System — UX/UI Design & Workflow Optimization

Concept of a system for accounting employee work events in the food service industry. The project includes: research of the problem; design of business logic; UX architecture; mobile application for employees; web panel for the manager; interactive user scenarios and interface design. The goal of the project is to make daily work processes more transparent, reduce operational chaos, and help managers make decisions faster based on recorded work events.
