Not everything can be fully reflected in a resume, so I’d like to share a bit more about myself.
I have a background in psychology, which is now also a personal interest of mine. It helps me
stand out as a recruiter, as I’m able to analyze candidates more deeply, better understand
behavior, and build stronger communication with both candidates and colleagues.
When it comes to my “ideal” company, culture, mission, and long-term goals are very important
to me. I’m looking for a place where I can see clear career growth within one organization.
Continuous development is a priority for me, so I value being part of a proactive team where
knowledge and experience are actively shared.
I believe that the quality of candidates is far more important than quantity, and I focus on
recommending true “A-players” who can genuinely strengthen a team. Regardless of whether
it’s a leadership role or a designer position, every individual matters and contributes to the
overall success.
I deliver high-quality results efficiently-and I back this up with data. I analyze the hiring process
end-to-end using key metrics such as: funnel analysis to identify blockers and gather insights,
time to hire, quality of hire, source of hire, and conversion rates.
I also apply structured candidate assessment methods and response frameworks, including:
STAR, SHARE, BEI, TORCH, case interviews, and the scorecard method.
I’m highly growth-driven and particularly interested in moving toward leadership. Recruiting is
my passion, and my goal is to contribute through management, communication, and
