Not everything can be fully reflected in a resume, so I’d like to share a bit more about myself.

I have a background in psychology, which is now also a personal interest of mine. It helps me

stand out as a recruiter, as I’m able to analyze candidates more deeply, better understand

behavior, and build stronger communication with both candidates and colleagues.


When it comes to my “ideal” company, culture, mission, and long-term goals are very important

to me. I’m looking for a place where I can see clear career growth within one organization.
