Engineering Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to work directly with the CEO and control technical execution.

What You’ll Do

• Translate CEO ideas into technical plans

• Estimate timelines and validate dev estimates

• Build roadmaps and sprint plans

• Oversee delivery and ensure accountability

• Support SaaS, multi-tenant architecture, APIs

Requirements

• Strong Node.js architecture experience

• Experience with AI-driven product development (AI low-code/no-code)

• SaaS & multi-tenancy experience

• Ability to challenge incorrect estimates

• Experience managing remote dev teams

• Strong English for communication with stakeholders

Nice to Have

• MarTech experience

Long-term, full-time preferred.
EU/US time zone overlap required.
