We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to work directly with the CEO and control technical execution.
What You’ll Do
Translate CEO ideas into technical plans
Estimate timelines and validate dev estimates
Build roadmaps and sprint plans
Oversee delivery and ensure accountability
Support SaaS, multi-tenant architecture, APIs
Requirements
Strong Node.js architecture experience
Experience with AI-driven product development (AI low-code/no-code)
SaaS & multi-tenancy experience
Ability to challenge incorrect estimates
Experience managing remote dev teams
Strong English for communication with stakeholders
Nice to Have
MarTech experience
Long-term, full-time preferred.
EU/US time zone overlap required.
