I've spent 15 years running complex operations for global organisations, and I've learned that the skills that make a great operations leader translate directly into exceptional virtual support: anticipating problems before they happen, keeping multiple moving parts organised, communicating across cultures, and making senior people's lives easier without being asked twice.
My background covers a lot of ground. At Point72 Asset Management, a $45.7B hedge fund, I managed workplace and facilities operations across Poland, Italy, and Dubai as Assistant General Manager. Before that, I worked in consulting at Deloitte and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, ran supply chain operations at CHEP (Brambles, ASX-listed), built recruitment and HR infrastructure at a Warsaw fintech, and started my career supporting corporate teams in London and Toronto.
What that means for you practically:
Executive and administrative support, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, and stakeholder management
Vendor research, negotiation support, and contract coordination
Budget tracking, cost reporting, and variance analysis
Process documentation, SOP writing, and operational setup
Project coordination, from office expansions to team onboarding
HR and recruitment support, including full-cycle hiring
Cross-cultural communication, fluent in English and Polish, comfortable working across time zones
I work independently, communicate proactively, and do not need hand-holding. I'm based in the GMT+4 timezone and available for both ongoing retainer arrangements and project-based engagements.
If you need someone who brings genuine seniority to virtual support, rather than task execution, I'd be glad to discuss what that could look like for your organisation.
