We are building an ecosystem where professionals can monetize their expertise, while companies and entrepreneurs worldwide gain access to proven tools that accelerate their growth.

We are now looking for a hands-on financial specialist who can help us establish a transparent and sustainable financial system for the project.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate:
• Has practical experience working with international payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer).
• Confidently uses Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Has experience in e-commerce or marketplace projects.
• Possesses English language proficiency (B2 or higher) — required for communication with payment providers and reading documentation.
• Speaks Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
• Thinks systematically and offers solutions, not just task execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the project’s financial infrastructure
Design and document a clear payment collection and distribution system through Stripe, PayPal, and Payoneer, ensuring:
• Convenient and fast payments for clients worldwide.
• Consideration of conversion rates and banking fees.
• A transparent financial flow between the website, clients, authors, and the company.

2. Financial modeling and analytics
• Build a dynamic financial model for the project (revenues, commissions, forecasts).
• Prepare regular analytical reports and recommendations for cost optimization.

3. Planning and budgeting
• Develop a planning and budgeting system (monthly and quarterly).
• Monitor budget execution and analyze variances.

4. Payments and settlements
• Automate payout processes for authors, contractors, partners, and employees.
• Set up a refund management system and maintain records of all transactions.

Conditions and Work Format

• Format: part-time, fully remote.
• Type: project-based collaboration (payment upon results and deliverables).
• Trial period: 2–3 months, with potential transition to long-term cooperation upon successful completion of tasks.
