🔹 Dispatcher:

✔️ Oversee and coordinate logistics operations.

✔️ Manage transportation routes, freight deliveries, and schedules.

✔️ Ensure smooth communication between drivers and client.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️Experience is a plus, but not required — we’re ready to train the right candidate.

✔️ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

✔️ English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced.

✔️ Ability to handle stress and multitasking effectively.

✔️ A team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

🔹Accounting Specialist:

✔️ Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and reports.

✔️ Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.

✔️ Handle basic bookkeeping and assist in financial planning and budgeting.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in accounting or administration is a plus, but not required — we’re ready to train the right candidate.

✔️ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

✔️ English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced.

✔️ Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

✔️ A reliable team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

🔹 Spanish-Speaking Assistant (Recruiting & Dispatch Support)

✔️ Assist Spanish-speaking drivers during onboarding and daily operations

✔️ Support recruiter and dispatcher with communication and coordination

✔️ Translate calls, messages, and documents.

✔️ Help maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking drivers

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Fluent Spanish

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

✔️ Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required

✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the team

🏢 Work Conditions:

📆 Monday to Friday: 14:00 — 23:00.
