Shopify Developer needed

We are a rapidly growing DTC supplement brand looking for a highly skilled Shopify Developer to support our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for customizing and maintaining our Shopify storefront, ensuring optimal performance, and helping us scale efficiently.

We use GemPages extensively for our PDPs and landing pages, so prior experience with the platform is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Build, test, and deploy landing pages via GemPages

• Troubleshoot and integrate Shopify apps (e.g., subscriptions, reviews, bundles)

• Implement responsive design across all devices and browsers

• Optimize page speed and performance across the store

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, operations, growth) to support product launches and campaigns

• Maintain technical documentation and version control where applicable

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Shopify theme development

• Strong proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Proven experience working with GemPages

• Experience implementing and customizing Shopify apps

• Familiarity with Shopify APIs, and checkout customization

• Detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DTC wellness, supplement, or beauty brands

• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Fera, Recharge, or Bundler

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Strong communication skills and proactive work ethic
