Sprint & Delivery Coordinator (Scrum)

We're looking for an organized, process-driven Coordinator to keep our engineering team running smoothly. You'll own the Jira board, run sprint ceremonies, and make sure management always has a clear view of what the team is working on — no coding required.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage Jira — tickets, epics, and sprints
• Facilitate daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Translate technical work into clear updates for leadership
• Track progress, flag blockers, and keep things moving

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in a Scrum Master, delivery, or project coordination role
• Strong Jira experience and solid agile/scrum knowledge
• Great communicator — comfortable with both engineers and executives
• Highly organized and proactive

Nice to Have

• CSM or equivalent certification
• Background in a SaaS or software environment
