We are looking for a competent (knows how to quickly implement what is specified in the terms of reference) and responsible specialist to implement the project on time without problems and pitfalls, with the prospect of future cooperation.

0) Basic Principles

• The terms of reference specify points that we consider important; in parentheses - services/tools as recommendations. We are open to reasoned alternatives from the developer.
• This is our vision. If something is missed - we will raise it in the discussion. Goal: a fast, efficient, and reliable website.
• Experience in development for the Polish market (market specifics) will be an additional advantage
• Plugins are included in the price. Additional/expensive licenses - separate agreement.
• Mobile-first: we start with the mobile version 320-375px, then adapt for desktop.
• Stages: prototype - design - layout

1) Infrastructure

• Use PHP 8.2+ (settings on hosting).
• Use a lightweight theme (Hello Theme).

2) Speed and Stability

• Compress all images (ShortPixel / Imagify / Optimole).
• Convert images to WebP or AVIF format (ShortPixel / Imagify).
• Enable lazy loading of images (LiteSpeed Cache / FlyingPress / WP Rocket).
• Enable page caching (LiteSpeed Cache / FlyingPress / WP Rocket).

• Enable SSL certificate (Cloudflare / Let’s Encrypt).
• Add permanent redirect http-https (Force HTTPS in Cloudflare or on hosting).

• Activate GZIP or Brotli compression (via Cloudflare or server).
• Configure browser caching (Cache-Control / ETag in Cloudflare or hosting panel).

• Check the site in Chrome DevTools / Lighthouse.
• Fix all JS and network errors (DevTools / browser console).

3) Multilingual and URL

Task: 3 languages: PL (main), UA, RU; correct URLs and language tags.

• Set up structure /, /ua/, /ru/ (Polylang).
• Add hreflang for each language version (Polylang).
• Add a language switcher in the header (Polylang).

Separate cache for each language + CDN rules (no double caching with APO).

• Set up separate caching by languages in the cache plugin (LiteSpeed Cache / FlyingPress).
• Coordinate caching with CDN (Cloudflare APO).

4) Page Structure

• Build sections without heavy animations and sliders
• 1 landing page (15 blocks)
