We are looking for a competent (knows how to quickly implement what is specified in the terms of reference) and responsible specialist to implement the project on time without problems and pitfalls, with the prospect of future cooperation.

0) Basic Principles
- The terms of reference specify points that we consider important; in parentheses - services/tools as recommendations. We are open to reasoned alternatives from the developer.
- This is our vision. If something is missed - we will raise it in the discussion. Goal: a fast, efficient, and reliable website.
- Experience in development for the Polish market (market specifics) will be an additional advantage
- Plugins are included in the price. Additional/expensive licenses - separate agreement.
- Mobile-first: we start with the mobile version 320-375px, then adapt for desktop.
- Stages: prototype - design - layout
1) Infrastructure
- Use PHP 8.2+ (settings on hosting).
- Use a lightweight theme (Hello Theme).
2) Speed and Stability
- The page loads ≤3 s (mobile and desktop) and scores at least 90 points in Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Compress all images (ShortPixel / Imagify / Optimole).
- Convert images to WebP or AVIF format (ShortPixel / Imagify).
- Enable lazy loading of images (LiteSpeed Cache / FlyingPress / WP Rocket).
- Enable page caching (LiteSpeed Cache / FlyingPress / WP Rocket).
- SSL + 301 redirect.
- Enable SSL certificate (Cloudflare / Let’s Encrypt).
- Add permanent redirect http-https (Force HTTPS in Cloudflare or on hosting).
- Compression + browser cache
- Activate GZIP or Brotli compression (via Cloudflare or server).
- Configure browser caching (Cache-Control / ETag in Cloudflare or hosting panel).
- Console without errors (JS/network).
- Check the site in Chrome DevTools / Lighthouse.
- Fix all JS and network errors (DevTools / browser console).
3) Multilingual and URL
Task: 3 languages: PL (main), UA, RU; correct URLs and language tags.
- Set up structure /, /ua/, /ru/ (Polylang).
- Add hreflang for each language version (Polylang).
- Add a language switcher in the header (Polylang).
Separate cache for each language + CDN rules (no double caching with APO).
- Set up separate caching by languages in the cache plugin (LiteSpeed Cache / FlyingPress).
- Coordinate caching with CDN (Cloudflare APO).
4) Page Structure
- Build sections without heavy animations and sliders
- 1 landing page (15 blocks)
- system pages (404, Privacy / Terms / Cookies, thank you pages)
- 1 multi-step registration form
- Footer + Header
- Widgets (top, others)
- Menu (sticky and burger in mobile)
4.1) Forms
- Set up a registration form with 3 steps (Elementor Pro Form / Fluent Forms).

- Add automatic masks (basic PL)
- Set up email notifications for admin and client (built into the forms).
4.2) Buttons
- Clickable contact buttons (click to call, messengers, social networks)
5) Basic SEO
Unique meta-title/description for all languages; 1×H1; H2/H3; alt texts; XML-sitemap; robots.txt; canonical; Schema (LocalBusiness + FAQ).
- Fill in meta tags for each page (Rank Math / Yoast).
- Generate sitemap and robots.txt (Rank Math / Yoast).
- Add Schema LocalBusiness + FAQ (Rank Math / Yoast).
Open Graph tags (title/description/image).
- Add OG tags for the main page (Rank Math / Yoast).
Self-canonical for each language version.

В першу чергу по проекту потрібно зробити заглушку на нашому домені і хостингу, з логотипом, юридичною інформацією нашого бізнесу і розясненням, що сайт зараз відбувається в розробці і такогото числа буде реалізована фінальна версія. Має бути мінімальний дизайн, може бути якийсь шаблон і мова іде просто про 1 екран (тобто один блок)
