Shopify + Back End Multi-Vendor Order Management & Workflow
A private app, also developed in Java and hosted on AWS which is integrated with our Shopify store and the Front-End Product Configuration App which enables us to manage production with our third-party vendors for linen products. A more detailed overview of this Apps primary functions is described at the end of this document.

1. Business Continuity & Security
Take over control for approx. 3 months of our current platform to ensure business continuity & platform security. This will require having knowledge of Java, PHP, Lambda (used to handle webhooks), Mysql, ELB (Elastic Beanstalk), and React JS (Front End). It is the intent of this proįect to Sunset the private Aps, after which knowledge and expertise regarding the above technologies will likely no longer be required.
Certified Shopify expertise is an absolute, ongoing requirement for this project.
2. UX / UI Study
Undertake an approximate two-to-three-week UX/UI study to define a possibly better UX/UI experience for our mission critical Bedding & Tabletop collections. As part of this project, we would like to explore possible ways to show eight to ten variations in product color configurations per collection. In reviewing the site, one should note that we do not possess such extensive product image examples at this time and it is the hope that a digital rendering technology option might work?
3. Product Configuration App Review
Undertake a Product Configuration App review based upon achieving the desired outcome of the UX/UI study above and with respect to ensuring the best possible integration with Shopify as well as the back-end order management and workflow App.
