Raised floor - BIM LOD350

The project presents a BIM model of a raised access floor system developed to LOD 350. It includes accurate geometry and positioning of all key components such as floor panels, pedestals, stringers, and openings for MEP integration. The model provides detailed information on dimensions, materials, and assembly logic, enabling coordination with other disciplines, clash detection, and the creation of construction-ready drawings and quantity take-offs.
