Sentiment Insights

Web app that turns a CSV of customer reviews into a sentiment dashboard. Users register, upload a CSV, and the backend classifies each review's sentiment with a HuggingFace model in the background, then aggregates the results. A React dashboard visualizes the sentiment distribution, the trend over time, and a filterable, paginated feed of every review.
